PLUTO suggests a powerfull historian capable to log data from multiple drivers.
PLUTO integrates both an OPC UA and an OPC DA Client to collect data from industrial real time data sources. Directly connected to PLC, SCADA Systems or Communication Servers (Modbus, BACnet, Knx, Ethernet IP…), PLUTO can log data from multiple data sources. Logging rules with advanced options and filters enable to log valuable data and reject wrong values. The OPC UA technology is the new generation of OPC communication, providing a secure and reliable cross platform framework to access to real time data from devices and applications. The OPC DA technology is very old but represents still today the majority of the OPC communication. EXAKOM provides for free an OPC DA Bridge to easily connect to this old OPC servers without configuring anything.
PLUTO CSV driver enables to leverage data from text files. This driver scans automatically a file folder to manage and stored the data into a SQL database. The driver can manage more than 150 000 records/minutes from most text files with different delimiters and timestamp formats.
Manufacturers are collecting in the cloud, data from their equipmennts and devices. PLUTO integrates couple of IIOT drivers to download data periodically and stored it a a local database. All drivers integrate a secure connection and enable to adjust the pooling rate (from 1 minute to 1 day).

PLUTO Analytics enables to transform raw data into valuable informations. The module enables to create Analytics with Math expressions and SQL Queries from any databases. Expressions can be executed automatically to create a new database with key performance indicators. Expressions can combine multiple Queries from different databases from any date and time to create unlimited analytics.
PLUTO Alarms enables to create alarms from real time values but also from analytics stored in the database. The objective is to immediately detect and notify people when an alarm or a critical deviation occurs. Moreover, PLUTO can leverage alarms generated by Scada system and logged into SQL Server databases. Finally, it will be easy to create alarm reports because all PLUTO objects can retrieve alarm analysis.

Export module enables to automatically extract data from any database in csv files. Multiple export rules are available to send data to multiple destination over an FTP protocol. PLUTO4Office is an add-in for EXCEL enabling to create reports templates to generate XLS reports automatically.
PLUTO offers a user-friendly tool for designing and configuring reporting, monitoring and mobile applications. Object oriented and very intuitive, the tool doesn’t require any specific competences and can be used by anyone.
The whole configuration for any object is done through a list of properties to fill (tag name, statistical function and period). Fantastic appearances options enable to make it nice (color, font, size, icon, legend, title…).
Users can also create templates than can be used in multiple projects and define Excel templates to generate reports in xls format.
